Privacy policy
This is a static site. No accounts, no logins, no comments, no forms, so there is very little here to collect.
What we collect
Google Analytics 4, once it is switched on, records aggregate visit data: which pages were viewed, roughly which part of the world the visit came from, what kind of device, and which cruise links were clicked. It exists to show us whether a page is useful, not to identify anyone. We store no names, no email addresses and no payment details, because we never ask for them.
Cookies
Google Analytics sets its own cookies. The travel videos embedded on the homepage load from the privacy-enhanced youtube-nocookie domain, so YouTube sets no tracking cookie until you actually press play.
When you click through to a cruise listing, the booking platform sets its own affiliate cookie so that a booking can be credited back to this site. Those cookies belong to the platform and fall under its privacy policy, not this one. The affiliate disclosure names which platforms are involved.
What we do not do
- Sell or share data with anyone.
- Run advertising networks or retargeting pixels.
- Ask for or store an email address. There is no newsletter.
- Host a contact form. The contact page is a plain mailto link, so an email to us travels through your own mail provider and nowhere else.
Hosting
The site is served by Cloudflare, which keeps standard server logs including IP addresses for security and abuse prevention. We do not query those logs to identify visitors.
Your choices
Browser-level tracking protection, an ad blocker or a Do Not Track setting will each stop the analytics script, and nothing here breaks when they do. Every page works with JavaScript disabled apart from the mobile menu and the date field on the availability panel.
Questions: email us. See also the affiliate disclosure.
